Terrible customer service, took 5 hours to purchase a vehicle. Only reason i stayed to purchase was the fact i drove 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. Had an appointment and was a complete disaster. After breaking down in Chicago rush hour traffic I had my car towed to Zeigler Cadillac for evaluation and repair. I found the personnel to be welcoming, friendly and helpful in assisting me to find a nearby car towed to Zeigler Cadillac for evaluation and repair. I found the personnel to be welcoming, friendly and helpful in assisting me to find a nearby hotel for overnight plus a nearby rental car company to help me get back to Wisconsin the next day. While finding a replacement part was difficult they persisted and had my car repaired within days. I am very thankful for the courteous and professional treatment provided by the Zeigler personnel and the great job in getting my car repaired like new. More
