After breaking down in Chicago rush hour traffic I had my car towed to Zeigler Cadillac for evaluation and repair. I found the personnel to be welcoming, friendly and helpful in assisting me to find a nearby car towed to Zeigler Cadillac for evaluation and repair. I found the personnel to be welcoming, friendly and helpful in assisting me to find a nearby hotel for overnight plus a nearby rental car company to help me get back to Wisconsin the next day. While finding a replacement part was difficult they persisted and had my car repaired within days. I am very thankful for the courteous and professional treatment provided by the Zeigler personnel and the great job in getting my car repaired like new. More

Typically when you buy a car, the dealership will send you off with a full tank of gas, however not in this case. Additionally, after accepting my cashier’s check, I was told that I would only receive 1 you off with a full tank of gas, however not in this case. Additionally, after accepting my cashier’s check, I was told that I would only receive 1 key because a second one did not exist. This was never confirmed prior to me signing all papers and them accepting the check. Now I have to pay an additional $500 for a smart key. Granted it was a used car and not a Cadillac, however I was told they pride themselves on customer service and delivering an overall quality experience and product.. More

The sales staff was pushy and rude, they refused to answer phone calls or hang up on me. Arjen and Lawrence were unprofessional. The gentleman in finance, I don’t recall his name.
