When my new car, with 1000 miles on it, wouldn’t start, I called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought my car back to my house and said the battery had to be replaced, which surprised me because it’s a new car. It appears that the service man checked everything else out, and it appears to be in good shape. Thank you for handling this so promptly and getting the car back to me quickly. More

He is very easy to talk to, professional, and always made sure I understood everything. He truly went above and beyond to make the process simple and hassle-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Lawrence for his help and excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also want to commend the service department for doing an excellent job handling the recall service on my Honda Accord. The process was quick, well-organized, and professionally done. They kept me informed and made everything very convenient. The rest of the staff was also amazing—friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Ashton and the Honda team were extremely wonderful to deal with. They made the buying experience easy! From the beginning, all team members were helpful and cared about our situation. Our credit union wa deal with. They made the buying experience easy! From the beginning, all team members were helpful and cared about our situation. Our credit union was not able to help us, but Honda was able to lock in an excellent rate with a different credit union to help us purchase the car. They definitely earned themselves a life long customer. We struggled with finding the right fit and price but left with a great vehicle for what we needed. I hope others give them a chance to earn their trust too. Please give Ashton a call!! More
