After spending a year looking for a new car (and having already made up my mind to buy something else), I ended up purchasing a Pilot from Lawrence two days after I met with him. He was extremely knowledgable about the Pilot, is friendly and patience, did not use any high-pressure techniques, and made it an easy process to purchase the car. I'd highly recommend Lawrence, and I am grateful I was able to work with him. In addition, he introduced me to the GM and service/parts staff to help me feel comfortable with the changes that have been made to the dealership since I last visited.
