5* for Luis professionalism and willingness to help the buyer. I can’t say the same for the manager team who fell short in transparency, respect and customer service. Yorny Fundora, one of the sales managers was extremely rude to Luis and to us in front of our kids today and I wish I could had filmed this because it was totally unacceptable and the upper management should be aware of this.
