After sitting down with Lazer I can confidently say he made one of my first huge steps in life a fun, no pressure experience. Lazer made the process enjoyable! Typically shopping for cars and dealing with salespeople are not enjoyable experiences in my opinion. Lazer Volaj and the team at Suburban Toyota changed all of that. My husband and I were shopping for a used RAV4 to replace our 2010 Toyota Corolla (also purchased from Suburban Toyota). Lazer worked with us, considered what was important to us and provided us with options we had not considered. A low mileage lease with option to buy made a beautiful brand new Barcelona Red 2017 RAV 4 affordable and allowed us to consider a vehicle we may not have considered otherwise. Logen Romain took the time to explain the finance options and answered our many questions. Lazer was very personable and made the process fun and stress free with no high pressure sales techniques. I would highly recommend working with Lazer Volaj if you are considering a vehicle. More

We were dealing with Lazer who was very nice, friendly and professional. I was so undecided on what car to get, Lazer went beyond his post giving us advices and knowledgeable options to help us find the best right car for me. He even brought us to the lot to see the different RAV4 trims and showed us their differences, and the test drives which i know my siblings enjoyed most (^o^) I really appreciate Lazer for being so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. On top of that they gave me a real awesome deal too! I got over $1000 discount and they took care of my previous honda lease car's excess mileage fee and remaining balance, not to mention the 0.0% financing offer they have now(Rav4s)! I purchased the RAV4 SE first but then a day later I decided to just go for the limited and these people handled me very professionally. Thank you much!!! I'm very happy and love my new suv! Salesperson Lied to us My husband and I went to Suburban Toyota on Saturday 2-18-17 to test drive the new Prius Plug in Prime which this dealership had in Red. When we arriv My husband and I went to Suburban Toyota on Saturday 2-18-17 to test drive the new Prius Plug in Prime which this dealership had in Red. When we arrived at the dealership we were handed over to Lazer Volaj, as our original salesperson was busy. Once we completed the test drive we came back inside to discuss the car and we let Lazer know that we wanted the Plug in Prime in Blue. He asked if we would take Red which was in stock and we said no that we were set on the Blue color. He looked to see if there were some blue Plug in Prius' and the closest one he found was in New York but he said that dealers wouldn't trade since most had only one in stock. We asked if we could order one and how long it would take if we did. Lazer said we could and that it would take 6-8 weeks. We asked him if we could get an out the door price and print out so we could shop around some more. He left us to get the print out and when he came back he stated that he spoke to his Manager and was just informed that the Plug in Prime was not available in all 50 states and that they could not order them. That the only way to get one would be to buy the Red one they had in stock or go to California or Arizona. My husband asked him if that was true because Toyota had stated that the 2017 Plug in Prius would be released in all 50 states. He said that it was a shock to him and that the only reason the dealership had the Red one was because a sister dealership in New York traded with them. He asked us if we wanted the Red one and we said no, that if they could not order us the Blue Plug in Prius we would just buy a different car. We then left the dealership and started calling other Toyota dealerships in the area. We called the nearest 4 dealerships and they all said they could order Plug in Primes and that they currently have some on order. I called Suburban Toyota to speak with the General Manager and had to leave a message explaining that we were lied to by our salesperson, that Plug in Prius weren't released in all 50 states. I also stated that we would not coming back to their dealership and will be buying our Plug in Prime elsewhere. I have yet to hear back from him. More

I worked with Lazer Volaj - I worked with him on my last lease and decided to go with him again because of the servi Customer Service at it's finest. I was not able to go to the dealer, he drove to my place of work, had me sign all docs, exchanged plates from my old lease to my new lease, and drove my old lease back to dealer.
