The customer service was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They fixed my airbags but my window no longer goes up automatically. I have a 2019 Infiniti QX60 (with only 15,000 miles)and I normally go to Gwinnett Infiniti where I purchased the car for my service but had to much going on and decided to go to Nissan of Newnan which is jus normally go to Gwinnett Infiniti where I purchased the car for my service but had to much going on and decided to go to Nissan of Newnan which is just a few miles from me. Infiniti sends me reports every month showing the "health" of my car and what, if anything, needs to be checked. When Nissan did my oil change they gave me a list of things they thought should be done which would have cost hundreds of extra dollars, I declined of course. From now on I'll just drive the extra 60 miles. Apparently, they are not longer doing the complimentary car washes either. More
