I am writing this review about the team at Sunset Ford on Gravois. Jenn, Mike, Justin(s), Memphis, and Pete have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my ‘21 Ford Bronco. Most notably they worked on my Gravois. Jenn, Mike, Justin(s), Memphis, and Pete have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my ‘21 Ford Bronco. Most notably they worked on my behalf contacting Ford Corporate about an issue I was having with my hardtop. Jenn, Mike and the rest of the service team worked with Justin and the sales team and they were ultimately able to get me sorted out with a brand new hardtop! What really stood out to me while working with Sunset on this issue was how I felt like they were invested in solving the issue just as much as I was. I did not feel alone anymore, after having dealt with Ford Support for months to no avail. I was kept well informed through the whole process by all members of the teams, and there were never any surprises. If you’re looking for reliable, attentive, and friendly service, I highly recommend Sunset Ford on Gravois. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.
