I entered my vin when I made my appointment for oil change online. When I showed up at my scheduled time, I was told to leave my vehicle on the employee lot and they would try to work it in. I was planning to wait with my vehicle since their website warned about security issues with leaving vehicles unattended. Was told I could not wait for my vehicle. Luckily they have a shuttle service and they were able to finish before closing that day. More
