The sales was painless, the trade of my 2008 Lincoln MKX was fair the finance department representative was pleasant and very heplful completing the paperwork necessary including an extended warranty to get us on the road. After all this was accomplished, David went through an extensive Fam session with my wife and I, including a parallel parking demo. He sent us on our way confident that we knew how to operate our Focus safely and enjoy all the new features of the car. More

I have NEVER bought a vehicle before. I have had my Taurus for 13 years and was aprehensive about purchasing a vehicle - much less a new one. Every time I came to the dealership, I was greeted outside, someone opened the door for me, and I was asked if they could help me find someone (since I was already working with Rick). Rick was very patient in working with me to pick out exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. We walked the lot - he explained the simple and major differences - then we walked some more. Daniel explained all of my options when financing came into play. And Lee, poor Lee, Sync-ed me up!
