2015 Honda Civic SE My son needed an upgrade to his used car. Now that he is in college, the need for reliable transportation is a top priority. We had started looking a My son needed an upgrade to his used car. Now that he is in college, the need for reliable transportation is a top priority. We had started looking at used cars, but thought we'd stop and check out leasing a new car. We worked with Lee Cohen. I had never leased before, so naturally I had a lot of questions. Lee worked through each of them. If he didn't know the answer directly, he engaged other staff to get us accurate information. After a couple hours of Q & A and a few follow up questions the day after, we decided to proceed with leasing a 2015 Civic SE. We originally were considering a LX, but Lee pointed out the differences in features and price for each model and it turned out that the SE better met our needs. I had obtained some internet prices from other dealers which I shared the with Lee. I explained what I was willing to pay and that I wasn't interested in haggling back and forth. Roush accepted my offer and now my son is driving a brand new car. I would definitely recommend considering Roush if you're considering a Honda purchase. More

Not your typical car dealership! We buy a new car every 10-15 years and test drove quite a few models at several dealerships throughout central Ohio. We've never owned a Honda but once we test drove the 2015 CRV, it quickly went to the top as the best vehicle we had driven! Roush Honda treated us very well, from our first introduction to Deanna to Lee Cohen, who walked us through the process and made this a great buying experience! It's not your typical auto dealer feel..maybe because its employee owned and everyone has a vested interest in ensuring your complete satisfaction. Lee also did a great job explaining the features of our new vehicle(we were seriously behind in technology) and left completely satisfied with every aspect of the transaction! More

I don't usually enjoy anything about the car buying process, but Lee & Roush Honda made the experience very enjoyable. Lee went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I truly appreciate his no hassle approach and his willingness to go the extra mile. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. It was a good experience. After years and years of driving very old cars, we were both excited at the chance to purchase a brand new car for me. Lee Cohen matched our enthusiasm and helped to make the experience memorable and meaningful. I had done a lot of research on the Fit before arriving and Lee was exceptionally helpful in answering the remaining questions that I had. He took time to understand where we were coming from and what I wanted in a car, instead of trying to simply sell us the most expensive model. This approach to sales truly made the entire car buying experience much more comfortable and less overwhelming. Despite spending more than half the day with us as I wavered between car colors, he never once looked at his watch or made us feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend Roush Honda and Lee Cohen to any friends and family in the market for a new car. Thank you, Lee, for such a memorable experience (and for taking that great picture of us!)! The car is even more fun to drive than I thought! More

I walked into the dealership and was directed immediately to a sales person, who promptly showed me what was available. Lee then worked with me to get the monthly payments to where I could afford the car. Lee also spent time with me when I picked up the car and made several contacts to follow-up. Overall, I never felt like anyone was taking advantage of me or trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. I appreciated that a great deal. I also want Roush Honda to know that there is no other dealership in town that has such friendly and professional folks working for them.
