They were straightforward, polite, and really a lot of fun to work with. They got me a fair deal and everything went very smoothly. I did not feel at all like I was being "sold" something or taken advantage of. I think the deal that we came to was quite fair. I also had a great experience with the service department. I had some aftermarket additions to the car. The service department called me the day after I bought the car as promised. Checkin was very efficient, the waiting room seemed really nice and the car was completed as promised, 1hr earlier than promised. Overall, an excellent experience! More

We used the Costco auto certificate, no haggling, great price. Lee is very knowledgeable about the Costco program and all Honda vehicles. He explained every detail of the purchase and expedited the paper work. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway. DeAnna Thomson made sure everything was running smoothly with our purchase. Peace of mind I have given this experience an excellent rating because I have never had such a easy car buying experience, from the time I contacted Lee to me getti I have given this experience an excellent rating because I have never had such a easy car buying experience, from the time I contacted Lee to me getting my new Accord. I explained my situation to Lee, I was in over my head in an older minivan and it scared me that it was going to start needing costly repairs. I started by asking Lee about the Odyessy and the Pilot, because of the size comparison of the vehicle I had. Due to the negative equity in my minivan the monthly payment was going to be too much, Lee understood. He took the risk of suggesting the Accord, a smaller car. I'm glad he did, cause I would still be in a nervous state of mind. I absolutely love my 2015 Accord. So does my family. Its a good size for us and has a very roomy trunk for our gear. Thank you Lee Cohen for my first fun vehicle buying experience! I will be your biggest customer cheerleader! More

I'm so very pleased in this employee owned dealership. My husband and I made the hour and 20 min drive down and leased a new Pilot. I can't say enough about our salesman Lee Cohen. Over the phone he answered every question I had and always kept me up to date with what was going on. I will definitely be heading back down to get my next vehicle from Lee Cohen at Roush Honda.
