Will was friendly and very easy to work with. As a matter of fact, on the day we bought, he came into the dealership even though he was ill. We found a car on line this past Saturday that we were interested in. I called & spoke with John. He went out found the car & test drove it. Then he called me back to let me know it was very nice & was pa interested in. I called & spoke with John. He went out found the car & test drove it. Then he called me back to let me know it was very nice & was parked by his office. He scheduled a time for us to come drive it. When we arrived we had a very friendly reception from a couple of employees who located John for us. John took time to show us the car. Explain the details about the car and the dealership. We took a test drive & fell in love with the car. Then came deal making time which everyone always dreads. But this time there was no pressure. Even though the car was priced well. John was able to work with Lee and get us an even better deal. For the 1st time I felt like I honestly got a great deal. We had priced around and knew we could not have beat this deal any where else. Especially because their cars are all certified with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty with many added dealer features. (Part of what makes them different). When we went into to meet with Dustin to finalize the paperwork. He offered an extended warranty. But didn't try to force it on us. They have a huge inventory. Three floors of incredible cars. I have probably purchased close to 75 cars thru the years. And I have to say. From the initial phone contact to the delivery of the vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I came in to buy a car that I can put miles on and not really have to worry about value. Will showed me a 528i and I loved it. I found the 2009 S550 online and called the dealership at 4 pm and spoke with John Behan in regards to the availability of this vehicle. John was very helpful going the extra mile with customer service where he physically checked the vehicle was still on the lot...matter of fact, he even drove the car then calling me back to advise me it was a great car. I arrived at the dealership around 5:15 pm and was pleasantly greeted by Mohamed who walked me back to and introduced me to John. I was made to feel like family immediately! John had the vehicle upfront, ready to see and drive. John also explained the Carfax where the car's documented history was with CBB. This is an AZ car and in excellent condition with only 33,000 miles. John made the process of finalizing the car purchase very smooth, easy and enjoyable. He introduced me to Lee Grubbs where we discussed the value of my 2003 S500 trade in and agreed on a fair value...done deal! Side Note: You have our trade listed for sale with your dealership...sharp car! Trevor was very pleasant too as I signed the license and documents of the '09 S550. As a National Sales Director myself, I commend Jack for assembling a great team at CBB where the customers are part of the CBB family. There is no price hassle, no pressure in buying a fine Mercedes vehicle. This positive culture is self-evident in my encounters with CBB!
