My experience with CBB overall was excellent, the vehicles are as advertised. CBB lives up to their 3 month 3000 mile warranty. Will directed my wife and I to a vehicle we had never considered, a LEXUS, having driven Cadillac’s for years and have finally given up on GM’s engineering and felt it was time to leave US engineered vehicles behind. Lee Grubbs is a hands on manager and is very professional his word is his bond. Tony Lombardo is a professional and takes a lot of pride in how the Service Department addresses problems. Meets customers concerns head-on and makes things happen. My only complaint is how outside vendors that perform services not supplied by CBB are allowed to abuse customers vehicles, show no urgency for job completion and still have a service contracts. More
