Chris, who we has not worked with us before, was very interested in our needs and worked to acheive a wonderful buying atmosphere. He was intentive, honest and very knowledgeable on the vehicle we picked out. He made sure it fit our needs and wants. Lee is an absolute gentleman in every aspect. We have worked with him before and is always there to help us to receive the very best deal possible. Everyone in the dealership that we have dealt with in the past made it a point to say hello to us and remember our first names. They make us feel like family, if not royalty in our purchase. We drive 135 miles to buy from them, past many dealers but would not think twice about passing them up to get to Certified to buy. I think that many other dealers would do well by learning from them! We just bought or 2nd vehicle from Jeff and the B&B team and our experience was just as great as the first time. The new building is amazing and the service matches. I had some minor concerns about the vehicle I was looking at. After a few hours of looking around at other dealerships we returned to B&B and to our surprise my concerns with the vehicle had been addressed with the dealership not even aware of my concerns. As I was pulling out ready for my 100 mile road trip back to Tucson in my beautiful new car I noticed a full tank, which was great. We were in and out and very comfortable the entire time. I defently recommend Jeff and the B&B team. More

None of my former experiences however compare to the extraordinary customer experience my wife and I had with our recent purchase from Certified Benz and Beemer. From my initial inquiry phone call to Jeff to his follow up call to confirm our visit, and our subsequent test drive and purchase, Jeff and his colleagues made this purchasing process the most comfortable, helpful, hassle-free, simple and expeditious car buying experience we've ever had. Even though in need of a car, we have been putting off visits to dealerships because of the painful process typically encountered. In fact, earlier today I visited another dealership to test drive a car I viewed online, only to find they don't even have the car in their inventory. They then wasted another hour of my time "selling" me on an online purchase and trying to convince me to look at other vehicles for which I had no interest. We will likely be in the market for another car in the near future. Certified Benz and Beemer will be the first, and likely only, dealership we will consider and Jeff Hallenbeck, will be the guy we call. We will also be making it a point to recommend to other friends and family members. More

I would have loved to been able to have saved the gas because of the drive I did at the dealership could have been done over the internet from home. I went to Benz and Beemer to drop off my CL500 for a scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automo scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automobiles. The one the caught my attention was a 2007 all black SL550! What a beauty. I wasn't really in the buying mood, but I just had to get a closer look at that SL. Jeff and I went out on a test drive - so much fun! I wanted to show the car to my wife (and kids), so Jeff let me take the car home for the evening. After spending some time the the car, I ultimately decided not to purchase it. I know that was a let down to Jeff, but he did not pressure me whatsoever. Jeff knows that I some day I will be replacing my CL. When I do, I will certainly be purchasing from Jeff. I've purchased two cars from Benz and Beemer and I just can't say enough good things about everyone there! Jack, the owner, is extremely personable. Chris, finance, is there to help anyway he can to make the deal work for everyone. Bryan and Bill in service top notch and trustworthy. And now, I've met Jeff. As long as I'm still buying cars, I'll be purchasing from Jeff and Benz and Beemer. Thank You all! More
