Service with a smile Went for 200,000 mile service, and a smog test to validate the next registration. In addition I had noticed a check engine light come on, and then di Went for 200,000 mile service, and a smog test to validate the next registration. In addition I had noticed a check engine light come on, and then disappear! Also average mileage was starting to deteriorate( just the last couple of days. As usual, the tech was very diligent and found what was probably the root-cause to these problems, and fixed them! Although the Toyota dealers seem to charge dearly for their service, they also did though enough to save me about $400 in additional repairs and parts at the same time! More

No detail for inside of 2018 bought cars is rediculous with how much we pay for them. This location was filled with sloppy and lazy employees, I will never take my car here again for because the lack of initiative and customer service is horrible and only managers can allow the entire building to house employees who don’t care for customers and their financed cars. More

SatisfactoryI I brought my Tacoma in as I was having a clunking sound when I came to a stop or started to drive. It took two technicians to finally fine the problem I brought my Tacoma in as I was having a clunking sound when I came to a stop or started to drive. It took two technicians to finally fine the problem (Drive Shaft). I had read about this on the internet. I was told it would take a day. I was then told they had to order part. Then I was told Toyota would not send the part till they confirmed my extended service policy was valid. After three days I was told it was going to take another three days. This would mean my vehicle was in the shop for a week. I was offered a rental but I have another vehicle at my disposal. I was told this on a Saturday morning, and low and behold I was called a little later and told my car was ready to be picked up that day. I was very pleased with the service from Mark Lee Reloza and Val Valadez. The service seems to have taken care of the problem. I am happy the work got done, but at times it was somewhat confusing. More

Unscheduled service My car alarm intermittently kept going off while I was driving. I drove to the dealership/service for help. The alarm did not repeat when they check My car alarm intermittently kept going off while I was driving. I drove to the dealership/service for help. The alarm did not repeat when they checked out what was causing my problem. Lee was very nice and was very considerate of my schedule that day. Although they did not find out what the problem might have been, they seemed to have been very thorough. I was relieved and grateful that they did not charge for this service. More
