My name is Suelee Saeteune and I am a Finance Manager here at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion. I started with the dealership in December 2002. I started as a Sales representative and then was promoted to the Finance Department as a Finance Manager. I am a Master Certified Finance Manager through the University of Toyota. I am married and have three children. My favorite past time is to go fishing and spend time with my family.

Richard was great! We went there early in the day to look at a hybrid highlander, left to explore other options. Came back later in the day to find the car was pending sale, Richard said he’d keep our info a at a hybrid highlander, left to explore other options. Came back later in the day to find the car was pending sale, Richard said he’d keep our info and let us know of any changes or other new hybrid highlanders. The next day he gave us a call bright and early, “the exact car you want is available!” He walked us through the steps, keep great contact with us throughout the day and answered our many questions. Lee was our finance guy and he got us in and out quickly. We had our 10 year old son and 18m son with us, Lee wasn’t bothered at all! More

James made this entire process so smooth Amazing communication. The perfect amount of communication not pushy and aggressive like most salesman. I can see his many years of experience come though. We worked with Pete to get our new RAV4 prime XSE. There was absolutely no negotiation on the price and the vehicle was sold on MSRP. We waited a long time for the vehicle and Pete was in constant touch tel was absolutely no negotiation on the price and the vehicle was sold on MSRP. We waited a long time for the vehicle and Pete was in constant touch telling us about the inventory and what they might get and when. The reason I am taking two stars off are because Pete was pretty much checked out once we reached to the finance department. I really wanted a tow hitch installed on the new RAV4 and he said parts does not have it in stock. I called parts and they said they have three of them in stock. Then Pete missed to communicate to the finance person that we should be getting the CA Clean Air rebate so he had to print the paperwork all over again. The finance person was really nice however, the finance department was unable to work with me on interest rate even though I showed them that, I will going with my financial institution at a lower rate. So these are small things that they could have done to make the experience special considering we did not get discount whatsoever on the vehicle. More
