Toyota of Richardson Service Department was disappointing I won't be going back after the service advisor and service manager were unresponsive in resolving my complaints. 6th month service cycle Lee was of great help in handling the scheduled service, the zaktek and couple little parts that needed taken care of on my vehicle. Service I have always taken my vehicle for service to Toyota of Richardson, whether it's just for oil a nd filter change, but in every occasion, my Technical I have always taken my vehicle for service to Toyota of Richardson, whether it's just for oil a nd filter change, but in every occasion, my Technical Advisor, knows to check every time to make sure it's not low. My experience with their service has been excellent. The service staff is very professional, courteous and very customer service oriented. More
