Have always taken my 2004 Rav 4 to Richardson Toyota for service and have never been disappointed in any way with the reception or service. In that length of time I have had several Service Managers and al service and have never been disappointed in any way with the reception or service. After driving Mercedes and BMW's for many years, we are now committed Toyota owners for two reasons. We're always impressed with the reliability of the cars, and Toyota of Richardson has the best service now committed Toyota owners for two reasons. We're always impressed with the reliability of the cars, and Toyota of Richardson has the best service department we've ever used. One of our cars stays at our ranch, which is 5 hours from Dallas, but we bring it back to Richardson for service because we know that Lee Schuster will take excellent care of us. Also, having an "on-site" rental agency is fabulous. Thank you, everyone. More

I have owned a Toyota since 1993 and therefore have had several dealerships service my vehicles in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I began having my new Avalon serviced at Toyota of Richardson since about 2005 several dealerships service my vehicles in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. I began having my new Avalon serviced at Toyota of Richardson since about 2005 and because of their honesty and getting it done when they say it will be done is one of the main reasons I have stayed with Toyota of Richardson. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and my service might take longer than I can stay around so I'm offered a ride to airport, to my office, to my home or anywhere of in some cases have been offered a loaner car. My service rep, Lee Schuster, recognizes me when I drive up, and takes care of me like I was really somebody! I've got a 2001 Avalon and a 2002 Tundra that I will always have serviced at Toyota of Richardson! By the way, they keep me going so well that my 2001 Avalon still gets very close to 30MPG on highway and I have NEVER had to change plugs or plug wires with over 170,000 miles on it! When Lee tells me something needs tending to, I know I can trust him without any doubts! Thanks Lee and Thanks Toyota of Richardson! More

Lee Schuster always knows the systems that need watching and wants me to have a good experience with the repairs or, in this case, with the rotation of my wife's tires. I have had the pleasure of working with Lee Schuster for the past 7-8 yrs. He has always been an exemplary service representative: courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, forthright. He has always ensured that the service provided is "needed," is completed with expediency and is of the highest competency and quality. Numerous times he has gone out of his to accommodate me as a customer, particularly when unexpected delays or unforeseeable situations arose. Hence, my continuing to return to the dealership where I bought my Camry. FYI: This is the second "evaluation" I have done today. I completed one over the phone this afternoon. One comment re that: the young woman who called was very personable and seemed to be competent. However, she appeared to present articulation/pronunciation difficulties which affected her intelligibility of speech. Specifically, she repeatedly mispronounced TOYOTA Of Richardson. I am a seasoned Master's Level Professional Clinical Speech Pathologist and a Consultant/Coach for Voice/Speech/Executive Presentation Skills. Unfortunately for her, her apparent articulatory difficulty was immediately evident to my ear. I would think that if this young woman works directly for Toyota Of Richardson, the owner, management and/or Marketing Department would want all representatives of the Dealership to be able to communicate the name of the company clearly and with efficacy. If more specific information is wanted, I would welcome the opportunity to speak directly to someone regarding this situation. Thank you for your time. L. Metrik More
