I bought the truck I wanted with no pressure or hassle. I spoke with Sherry Konek a week prior and informed her that a new truck was in transit to their dealership, and that I was interested.  The truck came spoke with Sherry Konek a week prior and informed her that a new truck was in transit to their dealership, and that I was interested.  The truck came in on a Thursday, and Sherry called me that evening and asked if I wanted to come in on Saturday because she was off the next day.  I told her that I wanted to come in on Friday because there was no guarantee that the truck was going to still be there on Saturday.  She said "no problem- I'll get you started with Leigh Mattilla (sales), but I will come into work anyway to make sure that your auto buying needs are being met." I received excellent service! Communication was also excellent. I eventually had the opportunity to discuss numbers with Rafael Rivera- General Manager, who was very transparent. From the initial vehicle overview, to the financing- everything was explained thoroughly and accurately. The ease of purchase was appreciated and welcomed. I highly recommend stopping in. I will definitely revisit for future purchases. More

Overall I was happy with the experience. I got the price I wanted, and they transferred the car to West Bend from another one of their locations so I could check it out before buying. However, I didn’t get a return phone call until hours after my first call, and I had to wait for over 90 minutes after purchasing the car to be able to drive it away. Not enough service staff on a Saturday. More

Disappointment with Chevy Silverado Cam shaft and lifters were knocking at 36,500 miles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Now motor has been torn down and replaced these parts. I've only driven 15 miles so far, but it seems quiet. Dealership got it handled quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle. Looking to trade up to a 2020 if the trade in price would be better. More

This is the first time I have serviced my vehicle at a dealership in my entire life. I'm very happy with Heiser and now I would be uncomfortable leaving them. What a fine tuned company!! I had my car towed to the dealership on Friday night. When I stopped in Saturday the service department already appraised of the situation. They started and finished work on my car Monday.
