Great to work with! We shopped at two other dealerships and would have purchased a car from either one but in both instances the deal changed when we got ready to buy. From dealer add on extras (not advertised in the price) to outrageous dealer tag and registration fees the other dealers were not honest. At Jim Ellis we found exactly what we wanted and paid the price we negotiated with no excess fees. More

Not customer friendly , I did purchased a 2019 Camaro , as much as I admire Mr. Jim he must bring some sales personal that really know how to sell , also when I picked up my I did purchased a 2019 Camaro , as much as I admire Mr. Jim he must bring some sales personal that really know how to sell , also when I picked up my car it was not cleaned as I expected , still the glasses has glue from papers and they only polished the tires , I did asked for oil check , and all fluids check I am not sure if they really did or not . I hope Mr. Jim Review my concern and make sure it not going to happen to another customer and please do clean my car . Thanks More

Poor customer service We called first thing Monday morning to see if a used Corvette that we saw on their website was still available. We were told it was and we scheduled We called first thing Monday morning to see if a used Corvette that we saw on their website was still available. We were told it was and we scheduled an appointment for 1pm to go and see it. We drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership and when we arrived we were told the car was sold!!! The salesman, Leland Sims, was very nice and apologetic but when the manager came over he explained to us that the call Center that we talked to was not linked to them and did “not know what was going on”. Not only was he not apologetic, but he acted like it was no big deal that we had driven down there and claimed there was no way to fix this problem. I have bought a truck from Jim Ellis before and didn’t have problems but this experience made me realize I should go somewhere else for this purchase. Maybe they will want to work harder for my money!!! More
