Visited this dealership and my interactions was with Lena and Deen. I have dealt with several dealerships in my time. I can honestly say Lena is top notch, she was not only professional but defied what the typical dealership experience. Typically when you visit a dealership, you have tendencies to question what your sales consultant is telling you, with Lena she backed up everything she expressed. Deen and I got off on the wrong foot to start, but when Deen and I came to an impass and came to meet in the middle he more than established his professionalism. Hats off to these two individuals. These two are a well oiled machine and make things happen to satisfy their clients. Keep up they work guys. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and was located at one of their sister dealerships in Venice, Fl and had no problems bringing it up here to make the deal happen. I am completely happy with my purchase. Thank you again Lena and Deen. More

Great experience buying a used car here! Lena Williams was awesome to work with! They had the car that I wanted and Lena made it happen! Everyone I spoke with here was really friendly and welcoming and was awesome to work with! They had the car that I wanted and Lena made it happen! Everyone I spoke with here was really friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to add to a great experience. I was home with the car for a couple of hours and got a phone call from the Sales Manager just checking in to see if everything went well and thanking me again for my business. Buying a car doesn't have to be painful if you come to the right place and I did when I came to Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. Thank you all! More

Contacted Lena via email to setup an appointment and meeting was set. She was taking care of another customer as a walkin so Larry Gunn showed me a used and a new Nissan Rogue. Lena Williams is excellant, i have two nissan SUV"s recently my 2019 Kicks was totaled in an accident. I called specifically to buy a replacement Kicks. Lena Williams was such a sweetheart to work with.I’m usually stressed out going into a dealership because the sales people generally pounce on you when you walk through the door.I had first spoken to Le usually stressed out going into a dealership because the sales people generally pounce on you when you walk through the door.I had first spoken to Lena on the phone about a particular car I was interested and made an appointment with her for the next day.She had the car pulled up in front of the dealership for me to see.She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car.She was such a pleasure to work with...never pushy at all.I’m so Impressed with her...I felt so at ease ....she has such a pleasant personality .We went on a test drive and she explained everything about the car and her knowledge was impressive...the lady knows her cars!Everyone at Jenkins was super friendly and helpful...the manager,the finance guy Alex and everyone in between.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. More
