Visited this dealership and my interactions was with Lena and Deen. I have dealt with several dealerships in my time. I can honestly say Lena is top notch, she was not only professional but defied what the t and Deen. I have dealt with several dealerships in my time. I can honestly say Lena is top notch, she was not only professional but defied what the typical dealership experience. Typically when you visit a dealership, you have tendencies to question what your sales consultant is telling you, with Lena she backed up everything she expressed. Deen and I got off on the wrong foot to start, but when Deen and I came to an impass and came to meet in the middle he more than established his professionalism. Hats off to these two individuals. These two are a well oiled machine and make things happen to satisfy their clients. Keep up they work guys. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and was located at one of their sister dealerships in Venice, Fl and had no problems bringing it up here to make the deal happen. Great experience buying a used car here! Lena Williams was awesome to work with! They had the car that I wanted and Lena made it happen!
