I received a very nice call from sales lady who took care of me a year ago wishing me a Merry Christmas. Might just be a good sales tactic for the future, but I thought it was special! From my first call to the dealership to the finalization of my purchase, I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I have driven a Nissan Maxima since 1982 and have never been treated so well. of my purchase, I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I have driven a Nissan Maxima since 1982 and have never been treated so well. Our salesperson, Lena, is very professional and an attentive listener, which makes her such a great sales person. She knows her product and answered every question I had. Lena spent several hours making sure I know how to operate all the new features on the car. Make sure you ask for her. She will not let you down. Can't say enough about her! Our finance manager was Sean and he worked really hard to get us the best finance rate to help keep our payment down and discussed all our finance options. Then we also had the Manager Deen Bohler checking on the process several times. All of them together make a great team. It showed they really wanted our business. We feel blessed to have found this dealership. P.S. I really love the car!!! More

Lenna was very courteous and knowledgeable , she went out of her way to make the process beyond my expectations. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Lena was! Best experience ever! Go see her at Jenkins Nissan! Excellent customer service in Sales I had the most wonderful and pressure free experience with the sales representative LENA WILLIAMS. Even though the car sale did not work out for me, I had the most wonderful and pressure free experience with the sales representative LENA WILLIAMS. Even though the car sale did not work out for me, she was absolutely the kindest and non pressure sales person I have ever worked with! She was very knowledgeable for each of the cars I test drove, pointing out many details I did not know about. She has followed up with me and states she will continue to look for vehicles she now know what I am looking for. Also, The Sales Manager (I forgot his name) came over and spoke to me before we left (which I was saying, oh no, here it comes for wasting her time or pressure) but NO... he just wanted to thank me for shopping at their dealership and welcomed me back any time I found another vehicle I might be interested in. WOW!! Still NO pressure.. 5+ stars for LENA WILLIAMS. Ask for her, you will NOT be disappointed!!! More

This dealership is awful! I to a trip to the dealership from DeLand. Was quoted a price and 13,141 plus taxes and fees.
