Aaron, Ismael and the finance guy and all said it was confirmed but typical sales pitch and in order to get those they wanted me to give a 5 star review for bonuses and after I did that they retracted one of the items the promised and will not honor it. Will never buy from this dealer again. may use the service department since its close by but I was going to buy my son a truck and not anymore. Good luck with these guys. Watch the sales pitches, I knew this would happen but hoped it wouldn't. too bad. More

I recently purchased a brand new F-350 and paid $103K cash. They delivered me a truck that had been previously damaged. The repair job was terrible and they said they didn’t have to disclose it to me b cash. They delivered me a truck that had been previously damaged. The repair job was terrible and they said they didn’t have to disclose it to me because the repair was under $900. They wouldn’t refund my money, nor will they replace the vehicle. I have to have my brand new truck professionally repaired. Ford won’t do nothing and they won’t do nothing. I was scammed into buying a damaged undisclosed truck and they don’t even dispute it. More
