Lenny had a no-pressure approach and laid much of the groundwork for my deal, listening to "hope-to-haves" as well as my non-negotiables when it came to the features I was looking for. As I'm sure many shoppers do, I found myself contemplating between trims just out of my pre-determined price range and trims that didn't have all of the "bells and whistles" I had hoped for. I left the lot with the understanding that I would grab a lunch (pro tip: don't car shop on an empty stomach) and discuss the options with my partner. When I was gone, Lenny didn't stop working; he searched the off-site inventory, found THE car, and had it pulled up in front by the time I returned from lunch. Enter Gabe, who took the time to walk me through all of the technological features of the car and the Starlink app. Kory remained patient with me and worked to get my monthly payments to a more comfortable range. SOLD! I was happy to ring TF out of that gong. More

Lenny and Elisha were also very accommodating and patient since we had our 11 month son with us. My only compliant is that it feels like an old school buying experience ("Let me talk to my manager I'll see what we can do"). That still seems pretty standard in new car buying. Also I don't feel like we got any kind of sale/discount/event price. This was a redeeming experience for me at Camelback. I would recommend and continue to lease with them. More
