I brought my F150 in for an oil change and also there was a light on the dash that looks like an engine. The oil change was done but when I drove away with my truck the light on the dash was still on. I am v a light on the dash that looks like an engine. I am very disappointed that the technician would not have seen the light and checked to see what the code was. That way I could have been informed if something needed to be done to fix the code. The previous time when i brought my truck in for service I had an oil change done, however, the sticker put on my windshield was the mileage of when I brought the truck in and not the mileage of when the next oil change was due. I know people can make mistakes but I would think that the above situations, however minor, are pretty basic tasks. I likely will be looking for another place to do service on my truck in the future. More
