I was going to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited from Atlantic Hyundai for my 80 year old mother today on May 19, 2023. My initial experience with a salesmen by the name of Matt Threadgill was a very bad Atlantic Hyundai for my 80 year old mother today on May 19, 2023. My initial experience with a salesmen by the name of Matt Threadgill was a very bad one. I asked to deal with a new sales person & was assigned to Ritik Khanna who was reasonable to deal with. My mom arrived to complete the purchase today & was treated rudely & when she sat down with the finance manager it was a nightmare experience. Ritik Khanna called me to complete the transaction & the Finance Manager was extremely rude to me & my 80 year old mother, they hung up on me. Needless to say we did not make the purchase & will never deal or recommend Atlantic Hyundai to anyone, they are disgustingly rude & try to take advantage of customers & are very shady with their private financing & do not participate with the Hyundai Financing offers thru Hyundai. Beware of this dealership they are xxxxxxxx to put it mildly. More

I had an outstanding experience working with Ed Brightman during my purchase of a 2022 Ioniq 5. Ed was very knowledgeable about the car, and the whole buying experience was low stress and enjoyable. The most impressive aspect of my experience was the excellent communication provided by Ed. As an out of state buyer, I was a little anxious about the transaction. Ed answered my text messages and phone calls promptly, making what could have been a stressful purchase one the best experiences I have ever had at any car dealership. It was clear that Ed cares about his customers and is a true professional. I would recommend buying a car at Atlantic Hyundai without hesitation. Horrible dealership. Took me 8 hours to purchase the car as there was only 1 finace guy. My salesman left after 6 hours as he had to go home to his kid. No one showd me any of the perks in the car.
