Norman is so receptive to customer concerns. Over the years I've had small service issues and he has been very helpful and makes sure the work is done. The service department at this dealership is also terrific, friendly and they take the time to explain what needs to be done. We decided on one vehicle and Norm worked up a very fair quote and had the suv prepted and ready for a test drive the next day. The whole experience was seamless, with no pressure to purchase, and Norm provided a detailed overview of the vehicle's functions.
