I have to say out of all the cars I have bought through out the years this is the first time that my time was valued. During the whole process someone was always there asking how it was going making sure I out the years this is the first time that my time was valued. During the whole process someone was always there asking how it was going making sure I was comfortable. Leo was great at answering all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our vehicle. Adam the finance manager was absolutely the best never have I laughed so much during the buying process he made sure that we got everything that we were looking for in our vehicle absolutely the best thank you guys so much for the great experience. We will definatly be coming back here from now on. Thank you guys so much. More

Things go too quickly at Corwin and you will feel rushed. In my case the speed led to miscommunication between sales team and service team resulting in a major misunderstanding/miscommunication and putting t In my case the speed led to miscommunication between sales team and service team resulting in a major misunderstanding/miscommunication and putting the manager (Joey) and my salesman (Leo) in a tough spot between doing what was right and protecting the business. At the end of the day, Joey did what was right and honored the original agreement that got muddied but it saved the deal. I want to think that this Corwin dealership is not as bad as many report, but I think the speed that they move and the other practices of rushing to the sale cause results that are less than desirable. An example of a cut corner was that the miscommunication between sales and service was that instead of confirming that the manager approved spark plug change was instead changed and then miscommunicated as “check spark plugs”. They then checked one of the six available plugs and said “looks good”. Any car person knows that you cannot get an accurate assessment of the plug conditions from CB asking the most accessible plug. I will skip the rest of the details but it left me questioning how they do things and the trustworthiness in the dealership was shaken. While Joey did what was right and they corrected the issue, it still leaves a very sour taste and in general, I would prefer to not do business there again. More
