Cody worked hard to make this my next truck. He was easy to talk with and helpful in any way he could be. Forget the gents name for the paperwork but he was very clear with all his points and ended up with additional warranty options. It was a very well spent 4 hours driving away with a nice truck. More

I did not feel like on my initial visit I was being heard on what I wanted for loan terms when a simple we cannot meet it would have sufficed, especially with my wife and sleeping child waiting for me in the car. The finance person was also pretty pushy about us not using them for financing and made some comments about where we live that came across pretty unprofessional. More

We purchased a 2017 Ford escape on July 9th 2021. We asked them to make sure everything was checked before purchasing and they said yes. One month since our purchase and the alternator is out. DO NOT GET VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! if you really need to take whatever vehicle your interested in to the nearest mechanic to look it over. There service department is a joke and their “50 point insp need to take whatever vehicle your interested in to the nearest mechanic to look it over. There service department is a joke and their “50 point inspection.” I will take some fault in the horrible decision to get the vehicle I did. I was so antsy to get out of my lease I didn’t really look the vehicle over or test drive it properly. After signing we noticed the power steering pump was bad, (that they told us the replaced already) and a seat belt was broken. they fixed both...well thanks. We still noticed something wasn’t quite right with it took it to an actual mechanic and they didn’t tighten the tire rod nuts. The mechanic barley touched it and it just fell off. He said I hope you know how lucky you are your tire didn’t fall off on the interstate with your kids in the car. After all that insanity we’ve had to get an oil change, new breaks, new rotors and new cv axels. Please note we’ve only had this car 4 months. And let’s just add a cherry on top...the steering wheel wobbles when going 60 or over...(has since we got it but thought the new steering pump and actual tighten tire rods would fix it, but hasn’t) I understand we signed on the dotted line that we were buying as is but I don’t think they checked a xxxx thing on this vehicle before selling it. so buyer beware! More
