WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They made their sale, I was a sucker This is the worst experience at a dealership of all time. Salesperson and Sales manager pretty much acted like they didn't care at all about me, the t This is the worst experience at a dealership of all time. Salesperson and Sales manager pretty much acted like they didn't care at all about me, the truck deal or any part of good customer service. The truck that I had agreed to purchase, and drive two hours to buy, was not there when I got to the dealership. They had no response or explanation as to "where the truck went" despite having called the salesperson 4 times that day, and having done all of the details the night before. The days leading up to the sale, I asked if I could put a down payment down, or if there was any thing I could do to make the transaction secure or more smooth, and was told "no." So after finding out that the truck was "missing" I purchased a 2017 Tundra, rather than the 2018. A great truck, yet wow, not what I had anticipated. They had no response, and barely an apology. I asked that they add running boards and they assured me that they would order them and get them to me within a week. They failed to order them for over a month despite me calling and leaving messages for my salesperson and the sales manager. Finally Chris in Parts took care of me. Chris was/is awesome and was sympathetic to my situation. He ordered the running boards and got them to me. So additionally, my truck was always "bouncy" at low and mid-range speeds. I haven't owned a truck in many years and figured that to be a part of the "ride" but after multiple passengers asking me about it, I took the truck to my tire shop and they tested the tires and found ALL FOUR tires to be out of round. 4 bad tires. I purchased new tires and had the Tundra factory tires tested, and all found to be BAD, and I provided proof of the testing that I spent money to have done. Now as I have dealt with the service manager, he does not want to take responsibility for the tires. Zach Jordan was the worst of all the people I dealt with. He was the service manager but offered no help and was rude in answering email and phone correspondence. So, yeah. The absolute worst service/sales experience on multiple levels. More
