The service department is a disaster. You are treated like a cash register. Their prices are a moving target and they don't back Toyota products. Staff pretend to be someone else like a service assistant pretending to be a General Manager and intentionally giving a bogus phone number for his manager Toyota needs to know that they losing customers. Much better service at Mazda and Kia. More

As someone who is a service advisor in the automotive industry. I have to say it's nice to see that there are still some honest service reps who don't try to rip your head off with a bunch of nonsense up industry. I have to say it's nice to see that there are still some honest service reps who don't try to rip your head off with a bunch of nonsense up sales. I bought my wife a 20 4runner and traded in our 19 Vw Atlas. Everyone I spoke to recommended that I only deal with TJ and I'm glad I listened. He was absolutely great to deal with. Although I am able to perform service on my own vehicle at my dealership. I will continue to bring all 3 of my toyotas to this dealership and continue to deal with TJ. More

Andrei Mihailescu has become a good friend after buying multiple vehicles from him during the last two decades. The Rav4 Prime I just purchased will be last however, because my wife and I are moving to Ari multiple vehicles from him during the last two decades.
