After visiting the Hyundai St Augustine website I received a phone call from Leon Levit inquiring about my interest in the Sante Fe hybrid. I explained to him that I had just spent half a day negotia received a phone call from Leon Levit inquiring about my interest in the Sante Fe hybrid. I explained to him that I had just spent half a day negotiating with Hyundai Daytona and was extremely frustrated by their lack of responsiveness and their inability to reach a deal with me. Leon was very patient, let me vent, and assured me that he felt we could work together to get me in my vehicle. I explained to him what I wanted in terms of a price point including the trade in of my current vehicle. In less than a half an hour he came back to me with a very fair offer that was very close to what I wanted and we shook hands (over the phone anyway!). He asked me to call his manager to put the car under deposit which I did. Leon then texted me and told me he would take care of getting everything ready for me to pick up the vehicle and just wanted to know when it was convenient for me to come in. A day later I went into the dealership, met Leon, inspected the vehicle which was brought in doors as it was raining. It was immaculate. We then went into the finance managers office (Edin Kadric) where I completed the paperwork and made the final payment. Edin was very professional and courteous and wasn’t pushy like I’ve experienced in other vehicle purchases in the past. Leon and Edin made the whole buying experience one of the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime.
