I had a frustrating and questionable experience at Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas. I called in the morning to confirm if a specific vehicle was available and, as expected with some disorganized dealerships, Cooley Nissan in Dallas. I called in the morning to confirm if a specific vehicle was available and, as expected with some disorganized dealerships, my info led to multiple calls from four different salespeople—clearly no coordination on their end. After confirming the car was there, I drove 45 minutes and gave a heads-up as requested, but when I arrived, I was left waiting. When they finally brought the car out, it wasn't even the one I requested, and no one bothered to tell me! It felt dishonest that they switched vehicles without saying a word. After asking, they brought out their manager, Wayne, who told me the car I originally inquired about wasn’t even on-site and was being used by a director—with 2,500 more miles than they mentioned! At this point, I felt like my time had been completely wasted. I ended up settling for another car, but the process only got worse. After countless rounds of follow-ups, the sales team provided the finance team with inaccurate information about my personal details, the loan terms, the warranty, and the family plan. It felt absurd that such important details were being handled so poorly. Making the deal on Saturday and despite being told this was a priority, I didn’t close the deal until Tuesday. When I finally got the car, it had scuffs on the leather that they said would be removed, the maintenance lights were still on, and the interior hadn’t been detailed. To top it off, the salesperson drove on a toll road and left me responsible for the charges. It wasn’t about the money, but it added to the pile of frustrations. The final straw was trying to get help with the dash cam I paid for. I spent two hours getting tossed around on the phone, and Leo, who promised to call me back, never did. The only person who actually cared was Andrew. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the features, going above and beyond to provide good customer service. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable practices made this experience very disappointing. Andrew was the only bright spot in an otherwise chaotic and untrustworthy process. That said, I'd go back to any place Andrew works! More

I really liked that they were very knowledgeable, patient and kind with us throughout the process.
