2 weeks and still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. the title of my review says it all. no to mention the false advertising, lies and deception. I have been trying to get my deposit refunded now for 2 weeks.. Options lilsted on online ads and posted on the window sticker not in car.. told by manager just because its listed, you dont always get it. misquoted prices, off by several thousand dollars and told by sales person, well... Its close.. no.. 500 and 5000 dollars are not close... Avoid like the plague. More

My salesman Leo Geldes was very diligent in making sure I got exactly what I wanted and that stayed within my budget. He pulled multiple models and explained the differences in each along with what upgrades were available. After purchasing the car I wanted he took the time out to link my phone to the car and also showed me multiple features and settings. Additionally, Carlos in Finance was very personable and made sure I understood all of the terms I was signing to. Overall this has been, by far, my best experience with a dealership to date. More
