In this instance, Chris Burns and Leroy Doby made the car buying process easy and low stress. (this being the second Accord that I bought through Leroy). Awesome Buying Experience After our Civic was totaled, we decided to step up to an Accord. We went to Honda of Columbia because they had been very helpful in the past. Bob Lync After our Civic was totaled, we decided to step up to an Accord. We went to Honda of Columbia because they had been very helpful in the past. Bob Lynch was our salesperson; he was so low-key and down to earth, a real gentleman in every way. I did not feel pressured in any way, even though we came in late on a rainy week night. He offered us a great discount on the 2015, so we did not feel the need to haggle. I still felt comfortable with Jeff Joseph, who handled the financial end. We decided to get the extended warranty because we chose the EX model, which comes with a lot of electronic upgrades, although I doubt we will need it. Still no pressure with this aspect of the process though, which is normally stressful. The payment ended up being just a little more than what we were paying on our Civic. I wish we had bought it at this dealership! Leroy Doby was an added bonus to the experience. He walked us through how everything worked and pre-programmed our settings for us. He was super friendly and answered all our questions. The whole team was A+, and I left a very satisfied customer. P.S. I'm enjoying my new Accord too :) More
