They were very accommodating getting everything done ahead of time and quickly. The communication is why I would only rate a 3 star. The quote we received with payment amount showed a higher mileage plan, we were never informed that this was changed on the final paperwork until signing and going through the paperwork. We were also advised the vehicle would arrive on a Tuesday/wednesday. It never arrived until Saturday and we were unable to pick it up. the temporary tag given was dated only a week after we got the vehicle, making it very difficult to get to the DMV within that short time frame to register the vehicle. I requested my husband be primary on the lease because his credit was better currently but when we showed up I was primary with no explanation why. They were very nice and accommodating but a bit shady on the communication with everything which was frustrating. More

The dealership was excellent and all that worked with me. Mike did a very good job taking his time answering all questions. The only issue I experienced was that once I purchased the 2023 Tundra, I got home Mike did a very good job taking his time answering all questions. The only issue I experienced was that once I purchased the 2023 Tundra, I got home and read an article that the Tundra engines were being recalled due to debris being left in the engine during manufacturing. There have been all types of problems with the 2022-23 non hybrid engines including complete failure while driving, so there appears to be a massive recall upcoming in the next month. I'm sure a Toyota dealership is aware of such a big problem but I was not informed of this. A bit disappointing. More
