I've been the car business since the early 1990s and while my job title may be Sales, but I consider myself more of an consultant. I don't believe I've ever sold a car, however, I have given my customers the information they need to make the best decisions they can about the 2nd largest purchase they make just behind their home. Sometimes its more of a automotive need other times its a want and often its a combination of both. So if you're looking for some to sell you something, I am not your man. Les was friendly and worked with me to make sure I walked out with the price I wanted as well as the color combo. They didn’t have the color combo I wanted in stock so the dealership found the vehicle I wanted from Springfield, MO and made sure I was satisfied. I came in, test drove the car, signed and walked out. Work with Les, no pressure and no sales tactics. I was so surprised that they got to my number without any haggling, they made it happen and I walked away happy. Great experience! More
