I've been the car business since the early 1990s and while my job title may be Sales, but I consider myself more of an consultant. I don't believe I've ever sold a car, however, I have given my customers the information they need to make the best decisions they can about the 2nd largest purchase they make just behind their home. Sometimes its more of a automotive need other times its a want and often its a combination of both. So if you're looking for some to sell you something, I am not your man. Easy buying experience! Looked at SUVs at Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Honda and VW and ended up choosing the Atlas! Les was VERY patient with me as I made my decision! Great dealership, bad financial department! I would have easily given this dealership 5 solid stars for everything except for our financial manager, Eric Brendal, who definitely dropped the ball I would have easily given this dealership 5 solid stars for everything except for our financial manager, Eric Brendal, who definitely dropped the ball. Our salesman, Les Johson and Joe Falato, from management, were great to work with. Had the deal done in less than and hour. Mr. Johson was a real pleasure to deal with. He gets a solid 5 stars for sure! Financiing, unfortunately, not good! We started the process fine and then Mr. Brendal stopped and asked us to have a seat in the waiting area while he spoke to our salesman and management for a few minutes. We thought something had gone wrong with our deal. After waiting an hour, Les Johnson asked why we were still waiting. He checked to see what was going on and said our manager was in with another client. Mr. Johnson tried to get us in with another manager but he said no. (We're getting more than a little aggravated). After a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got the financing finished. Turns out, all our waiting was because of the other client Mr. Brendal was working with while we were waiting! If we had not been dealing with a very poor financing department we would have given this dealership much higher marks. More
