I've been the car business since the early 1990s and while my job title may be Sales, but I consider myself more of an consultant. I don't believe I've ever sold a car, however, I have given my customers the information they need to make the best decisions they can about the 2nd largest purchase they make just behind their home. Sometimes its more of a automotive need other times its a want and often its a combination of both. So if you're looking for some to sell you something, I am not your man. I never felt like he was out to pressure us to make a sale, and feel like he would have been just as kind and considerate to us in our departure had we not decided on a vehicle on their lot. He was knowledgeable and willing to look up any information he didn't have the answer to off the top of his head. Our prior car buying experience at another dealership was the opposite, and Les's professionalism gave us much more peace of mind in our purchase. More
