I spoke with Shannon online about leasing before visiting the dealership.Upon arrival, I was first assisted by Darrel who was kind enough to go in depth with explanations for any/all questions. Unfortunately, my credit alone was not approved for a lease. I considered Darrel's advice of purchasing a used car that evening and I returned with a cosigner the next day. Les was the sales rep. available that morning, so I showed him the car I wanted to see and he made it happen- despite the car being in another lot. We drove up to vehicle in the Toyota lot, drove it back to VW, and quickly began finalizing the paperwork. The crew was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the service! More
