Sat down with Lesia Matthis, a sales rep who we have talked to in past years. During our conversation, she brought over Shannon Pankratz, the Business Manager. These two ladies make an excellent team. They both had very understandable explanations for everything I had questions with. It was because of their fantastic customer service that I finally decided to purchase a new vehicle. I just picked it up today.
