Service adviser mixed info with another client, we kept getting texts about someone else’s car, including it being ready. When we called to clarify, I was out on hold for 15 minutes, no answer, transferred getting texts about someone else’s car, including it being ready. When we called to clarify, I was out on hold for 15 minutes, no answer, transferred to parts, who left a message for our advisor. Also dropped car off for 9 am appointment, did not even touch car for over 2 hours. Why have us get there early on a Saturday, only to wait over 4 hours for an oil change. Do not recommend. Sarasota dealership was much better. More
