We have dealt with Leslie for our past 2 lease deals and our most recent purchase at the end of our lease. He has always been helpful, informative and professional. If we decide to lease or purchase another lease, Leslie will be our go to guy. Although Alan was professional, he was not thorough and seemed bothered by our questions. We had talked to the finance department prior to our 9am appointment. We confirmed the the length of the loan and the time of our appointment. Alan didn’t get in until 10 and never thought to confirm the terms of our loan. The 1 star for the dealership is because their customer service in general was horrible. Fast, in and out, seamless, was definitely not how I would describe the process. More
