Quick friendly service for appointment on my Jeep. I arrived prior to service department opening and service advisor came out to greet me and ask for reason of appointment. Very poor customer service experience. Online sales team and management never followed up. Seems like everyone takes vacations. The finance guy was the only one that was ok to work with. I wish they were more transparent on the jeep and lease I purchased. If I could do it over, I would lease from a local dealership. Maybe they treat their local customers better. More

Took 2 weeks to fix a car that was already paid for and when I got it back, since they never allowed me to take it on the highway, I realized there's major issues with it and I'm incredibly angry. If a car when I got it back, since they never allowed me to take it on the highway, I realized there's major issues with it and I'm incredibly angry. If a car is being bought as is, they should allow you to drive it on the highway so you can really determine how the vehicle drives over 35 mph. My mistake for trusting Chrysler again. More
