twice as long I called on the phone to make my appointment and asked how long it would take to fix a headlight that was out. They said 45 minutes. When I arrived I called on the phone to make my appointment and asked how long it would take to fix a headlight that was out. They said 45 minutes. When I arrived I asked again and again I was told 45 minutes. One hour and a half later my car was ready. Twice as long as I was promised. No apology - just frustrating. More

Fast and friendly I had to have a tire replaced and it was my first time at dealership service department. Everyone was so nice and the waiting area was very comfortabl I had to have a tire replaced and it was my first time at dealership service department. Everyone was so nice and the waiting area was very comfortable. My 4 year old of course had to have a bag of the complementary popcorn! They even washed my car before bringing it out to me! More
