I've never had any problems after service but I only have just over 8000 miles on my car and only had oil changes and tire rotations. A negative though: I know dealership prices are higher but that also causes you to lose business. More

5 Star Service At Faulkner Buick, Convenient & Friendly With a quick phone call Faulkner Buick Service Department easily scheduled the routine oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 Encore on the day and With a quick phone call Faulkner Buick Service Department easily scheduled the routine oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 Encore on the day and time most convenient to my own schedule. I drove right up, through the automatic garage doors opening into the sparkling clean Service lane. In just a few steps I was greeted and, giving only my name, in seconds I was checked in for the work to begin. By the time I'd finished the gourmet fresh coffee and delicious buttered popcorn offered in the spacious comfortable waiting area, and had taken a quick look at the array of new Buicks outside in the lot of this beautiful expansive dealership, my car was serviced and ready to go, my few questions were graciously answered, a thumbs up assessment was volunteered of my vehicle's condition and wear after one year and 15,000 miles, and with Service record in hand I was on my way home from the second of two free service appointments included in the purchase of the delightful Encore. So pleasant, so friendly and efficient, no hassles, no long waits. I couldn't help but marvel within that the excellent experience at Faulkner is the same as I recall from purchasing a new Faulkner Pontiac so many years ago, a consistency to be commended with employees to be proud of! More

Overall Faulkner, GMC did a nice job fixing my truck. Faulkner, GMC was very professional they did call me to inform me what needed to be done to the truck before working on it. I just wish their prices Faulkner, GMC was very professional they did call me to inform me what needed to be done to the truck before working on it. I just wish their prices were a little bit better; they charge quite a bit for the parts. The mark up seems a little high to me. They did get the job done in a timely fashion and I feel their work is good. Overall I was happy with their service and would recommend them. More
