Very happy with the concern showed for me and the service! I had a an issue with my 4 wheel drive which needed to be addressed before my car could be used. When I called in the service tech showed genuine conc I had a an issue with my 4 wheel drive which needed to be addressed before my car could be used. When I called in the service tech showed genuine concern for my issue and worked to fit me in that day. The problem was resolved hours later and I was on my way. Very happy with the experience but most of all the care I was shown. More

Easy I had a very good experience with the dealership. My caddy had 2 safely recalls and they fixed it with no problems. Good Service I like to be recognized when I walk in. I also like too be able to wait for my car to be serviced, and Leslie always gives me good estimates of how l I like to be recognized when I walk in. I also like too be able to wait for my car to be serviced, and Leslie always gives me good estimates of how long the work will take. The waiting area is great and my car is almost always done in the expected amount of time. The service team is great at keeping me updated as necessary on the work being done on my car and if there are any questions that need to be answered. I would definitely recommend Faulkner in West Chester to friends. More
