Service writer and service was great, Parts Depot not Hi, I had my Encore in for an intermittent problem with the Turbo cutting out, A part was ordered, said 5 days and the Parts Department would call. Hi, I had my Encore in for an intermittent problem with the Turbo cutting out, A part was ordered, said 5 days and the Parts Department would call. They never did once. Not having the issue much until badly on Monday, it sparked me to call parts, which I did. Part was there. I asked why I was never called, confirmed my number was correct, parts offered no apology or explanation other than I don't know. All I needed was "my bad" or "We're sorry", take ownership you work in parts. More
