Not happy I bought my truck four months ago and have had two issues already. I brought it in right at the three month mark with a check engine light on. The service said they didn’t wanna cover the repair but eventually they did. I brought the truck in yesterday for oil change and asked the service guy if he could look at my steering problem. He said for 95$ he would. I said I bought the truck here four months ago and he said no warranty so I have to pay. I said that’s foolish so I said just do oil change. I went home and read up on the issue and apparently Ford has the steering issues. I bought some penetrating oil and sprayed the steering knuckle and it helped. The service people could of at least made a recommendation to me what it might be. They also never re-applied a new sticker to remind me of next oil change. Disappointed to say the least. More

2015 Buick Verano I brought my car here brand new in 2015. This location has my specific car with a good deal. Since having it I have put 120,000 miles on the car..I drive alot! Up until this year my car ran perfect. They do all of my oil changes. I have had to have one part replaced and now another. The service department fixed my first issue (catalytic converter) and since then my car has been running perfect again. I'm satisfied with everything at this location. The staff is super nice. Everytime I go Leslie helps me with all my service scheduling. I'm happy with my buick, next time I buy one I won't put so many miles on it. More

Originally planned to drop off night before but then called back & switched to later in the day - the next day - The process is so easy and flexible. They have extended hours early in the week so you can come later in the day and wait rather than being without a car the next day or waiting during prime time work time. My service specialist was Leslie and she was great. I hadn't thought to ask to have it washed before I went to the waiting room but happened to catch up with her a short time later and asked about getting it washed - she had already put it in as part of the service! Wait was minimal - just the time it took to get it done. More
